Morioh High Stand Rarity: Every Tier Explained

How Stand rarity works in Morioh High — Legendary, Epic, Uncommon and Common tiers, what rarity means for strength, and whether it should guide your pick.

Morioh High stand rarity

Stand rarity in Morioh High splits the 12-Stand roster into four tiers — Legendary, Epic, Uncommon, and Common — with three Stands in each. The rarity badge suggests a power hierarchy, but tested data tells a more honest story: rarity indicates acquisition difficulty more than real combat strength. This guide explains every tier and what it actually means for your gameplay.

Each rarity holds three Stands. The color-coded badge on each Stand's profile tells you how hard it is to obtain, but the numbers behind each kit tell a different story about combat value.

Legendary: rare but not always best

The Legendary tier holds King Crimson, D4C, and Wonder of U. These are the hardest Stands to obtain through rerolls or awakening, and each has a unique combat identity.

King Crimson is the tactical pick: Time Erasure makes you untargetable for 5 seconds for repositioning and escaping enemy time stops. D4C plants a flag and summons a clone for extra pressure. Wonder of U counters enemy attacks and reflects damage, though its stamina drain requires planning.

None of the three matches Star Platinum: The World's 54 combo damage, which sits in the Epic tier. This is the most important takeaway about rarity: it does not decide PvP outcomes.

Epic: the power tier

The Epic tier holds Star Platinum: The World, The World, and Gold Experience. Two of the three strongest Stands in the game live here, along with the best healing kit.

Star Platinum: The World tops the damage chart at 54 with a 3-second time stop. The World is its weaker sibling with a 2-second stop and 40 damage. Gold Experience heals 14 per punch and sustains through any encounter, making it the best grinding Stand despite its Epic badge.

Uncommon: hidden value

The Uncommon tier holds Star Platinum, Soft & Wet, and Silver Chariot. This is where the rarity myth breaks down hardest, because Star Platinum matches Epic combo damage at 40 with the shortest cooldown in the game at 7 seconds.

Star Platinum's Star Finger spam clears PvE encounters faster than most Legendary kits. Soft & Wet's friction removal disrupts groups, and Silver Chariot's Armor Off turns its skill button into a skewer combo. All three are obtainable with moderate reroll effort.

Common: the support tier

The Common tier holds Cream, Sticky Fingers, and Crazy Diamond. These are the easiest Stands to obtain and each has a survival or support identity.

Cream's Void form makes you untargetable and crushes enemies for 24 damage. Sticky Fingers hides you under the floor for invincible repositioning. Crazy Diamond's Restoration heals the target it hits, which is a dedicated support kit in a game where most content is solo.

None of the three wins damage charts, but all three are excellent beginner picks because they forgive mistakes and survive encounters that would kill higher-damage Stands.

Does rarity matter at all?

Rarity matters for three practical reasons:

  1. Acquisition difficulty — Legendary Stands are harder to reroll into, requiring more Arrow Shards or more patience with awakening chances.
  2. Prestige — In PvP lobbies, a Legendary badge signals investment or luck, which can influence opponent behavior.
  3. Future updates — Balance patches may buff or nerf by tier, so rarity tiers could shift in value over time.

But for real combat performance, the tested numbers are clear: an Uncommon Star Platinum with 40 combo damage and a 7-second cooldown outperforms a Legendary Wonder of U in most PvE scenarios. Match the Stand to your playstyle, not its rarity badge.

How to reroll by rarity

Rerolling uses Arrow Shards, which come from active codes and in-game activities. Higher rarity Stands require more shards per attempt, so saving for a specific Legendary target takes longer than settling for an Uncommon pick.

Check the codes page for current active rewards. Every code adds Arrow Shards to your inventory, and using them before they expire maximizes your reroll attempts.

The honest summary

Rarity in Morioh High is a progression marker, not a power ranking. The game launches with a balanced roster where every tier has Stands that excel in different scenarios. A Common Cream survives boss fights that kill Legendary glass cannons. An Uncommon Star Platinum out-damages half the Legendary roster.

Pick your Stand by what you play — PvP, PvE, daily activities, or beginner-friendly learning — and let rarity be a bonus rather than a requirement. The tier list ranks every Stand by tested performance, and the all stands page profiles each kit in full.
